Data and purposes
When you send a request through Custom Lab, we process your name, contact details, product choices, sizes, notes, uploaded logos and the generated project files. We use them to reply, prepare a quotation, develop the artwork, manage the order and protect the parties in case of disputes.
Legal bases
Pre-contractual measures requested by you and performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interest in IT security and the defence of rights. Any promotional communications require a separate, optional consent.
Required and optional data
Your name, a contact address and acceptance of this notice are necessary to handle the request. If you do not provide them, Be Race cannot reply or prepare the quotation. Marketing consent is always optional and does not affect the service.
Logo files
You must upload only logos you are authorised to use. The rights declaration is recorded with the request; Be Race may request written evidence before production.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by authorised Be Race staff and by suppliers necessary for hosting, email, file storage, technical support, production and delivery, within the limits of their assignments. Data is not sold.
Transfers and automated decisions
Where a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, Be Race uses the safeguards provided by the GDPR, where required. The request is not subject to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Retention
Unconfirmed quotation requests are normally kept for up to 24 months. Contractual, accounting and tax records may be retained for the longer period required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw a consent by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
